By accessing or using Ziph ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ziph gives businesses one API to send messages through WhatsApp or SMS and check delivery status. The Service includes the web dashboard, API, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable telecommunications regulations
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Messaging Content

You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to send messages to the recipients you target.

6. Fees and Payment

The Service may require payment for message sending. Fees are described in the pricing section of the Service. You agree to pay all applicable charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology underlying the Service are the property of Ziph. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Message delivery is subject to carrier networks and is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ziph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
