  • Message data: Phone numbers and message content processed through the Service

  • API keys: Names and metadata for keys you create (keys themselves are stored as hashes only)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Send your messages through WhatsApp or SMS
  • Send account-related communications (e.g., service updates)
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Improve the Service and develop new features

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only as necessary to provide the Service:

  • Message providers: We pass the recipient's phone number and message content to the provider you send through: WhatsApp or our SMS provider, SMSGate.
  • Infrastructure providers: Data is processed on secure cloud infrastructure
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long your account is active. Message logs are retained for operational and debugging purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

  • Encrypted data in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Secure password hashing (Argon2id)
  • HTTP-only, SameSite cookies for session management
  • API key hashing (SHA-256)
